ABOUT NCI AFFILIATES, INC. NCI Affiliates, Inc. was established in 1979 as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation. NCI’s corporate office is located in Paso Robles, CA, and provides community-based vocational and community living programs and services to disabled adults from northern San Luis Obispo, Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties.
OUR MISSION We at NCI Affiliates, Inc. are dedicated to providing services that encourage and support individuals with disabilities, so that they may successfully achieve their personal and professional goals.
