Owners Gabriel Fatima and Jorge Chavez, second generation, is anxious to greet you for a delectable dining experience.

FUEGO means “fire” in Spanish. The fire of the HOLY SPIRIT that is within all. The founders see the HOLY-SPIRIT in the flame. It a blending of their core belief in God, self and the food that nourishes us all.

After launching FUEGO in January of 2020, the owners pivoted to focus on the demand for catering - and they were ready for it! Alex and Tori have years of combined experience in music and film production and Jim’s skills in cooking for large crowds is a fusion and FUEGO!

FUEGO is working on their status as a B-CORP as it is their goal to always “give back the good” especially to those in need! FUEGO. Get Fed.
