At Atascadero Children's Center we are passionate about your child's happiness and education.  We are comitted to providing the highest quality childcare experience for your family by building a strong relationship with each child and a strong partnership between home and school.

Science confirms that a parents’ most basic instinct – to love, touch, hold and talk to their child – provide exactly what their child needs most. That is where we can help by providing a home away from home with a loving, nurturing staff providing a rich learning environment to meet the growing needs of your child.

Our school operates year round, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Our Philosophy

Atascadero Children’s Center, in partnership with parents, seeks to create an environment in which each individual is given the opportunity to understand that they are special and unique.  We commit ourselves to a student-centered curriculum of developmentally appropriate methods.  Teachers encourage and support children in a wide range of planned (structured and unstructured) activities.

At Atascadero Children's Center we are committed to assisting, encouraging and supporting children in their efforts to become self-sufficient and independent.

We understand that every child is a unique individual to be treated with respect, dignity and genuine care.

We, in partnership with parents, commit ourselves to create an atmosphere in which each child can realize their uniqueness and talents.
