The TMHA Life House Wellness Center in Atascadero offers adults a warm and welcoming space to connect, grow, and feel supported. Through peer support groups, wellness activities, and engaging community outings, individuals are encouraged in their healing journey at their own pace. With a cozy indoor atmosphere and a beautiful backyard, Life House fosters comfort, connection, and a true sense of belonging. Our compassionate staff provide person-centered care, ensuring that every member feels seen, valued, and supported—no matter where they are in their journey.

Join us this May in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month! This special event will highlight our community groups and space, offer opportunities to connect with local resources, and celebrate personal growth and wellness. Enjoy a variety of activities facilitated by volunteers, including mindful, gentle yoga, a drum circle, a sound bath, crafts, and a local resource fair.
