About

The mission of Teens4Teens Help is to educate and empower teens and young adults who are experiencing mental health and emotional challenges. This online platform shares peer stories of adversity, perseverance, and recovery, so that young people ages 13 to 23 learn accurate mental health information, recognize that they are not alone, and present numerous resources for support. Teens4Teens Help strives to provide equitable support to all youth and understands the importance of addressing the specific needs of diverse populations.

This organization provides a vital adjunct to the work that school counselors, therapists, coaches and parents are doing with young people.
