For example on our first oil change with MOC "I checked you license plate bulbs and one of them was burned out." and Lisa threw in the bulb N/C. Very detailed inspection checklist. On another oil change she noticed a torn CV boot and notified me of it, saving a what could have been an expensive front end repair if left alone vs. a routine CV boot replacement.
