Friends of Joy Playground

Parents For Joy is a group of parents, families, teachers and friends that built SLO County's first inclusive playground in Atascadero, CA geared towards special needs children and adults, but open to all in the community.

We built this playground so that everyone can play together in a safe and fun way, and build friendships that will last a lifetime. It is a dream come true for our kids! 

We continue our fundraising efforts for improvements and ongoing maintenance. Our next goals are adding shade structures and a splash pad for the hot summer months!
